The Tall Ships Races first visited Hartlepool back in 2010 with nearly a million people flocking from far and wide to catch a glimpse of the majestic fleet series. From Thursday 6th – Sunday 9th July 2023, Hartlepool will once again play host to the international ships and their crews, for four days of celebration!

Visitors to the Tall Ships Races can explore the ships and meet the crews, a well as watching the International Crew Parade! At the end of the Tall Ships’ visit to Hartlepool, you will have to opportunity to wave our visitors goodbye with the Farewell ‘Parade of Sail’.
