Hartlepool Restaurant Week 2025 Registration Form

Hartlepool Borough Council’s Economic Growth Team are one again inviting local restaurants, cafes and pubs to participate in Hartlepool Restaurant Week October 2025.

Campaign Dates: Monday 20th – Sunday 26th October 2025

Participating businesses will be required to develop a specific Restaurant Week menu OR special offers within their existing menu at the set price points of either £5, £10, £15 or £20. Businesses have the flexibility to choose the price points that fit their restaurant and the menu/offers within these. These menu’s offers with then be promoted through a dedicated ‘Hartlepool Restaurant Week’ website and social media marketing campaign, which is completely free for all businesses to get involved in.

PLEASE NOTE: If you took part in the January 2025 or October 2024 Hartlepool Restaurant Week and none of your details have changed you DO NOT need to complete the form. Simply email tourism@hartlepool.gov.uk with your offers and new photos you would like to be used.

This section should provide Hartlepool Borough Council with full details of your establishment's Hartlepool Restaurant Week offers / promotions. Please note you may provide as many or a little offers within each selected price point as you wish (you also do not need to supply an offer at each price point). We recommend introducing a range of deals spread throughout the week, please note the offer must include food and not just drinks. Please provide the follow details in the boxes below for your chosen price points: A) The promotion of offer available under for the selected price point. B) All individual menu items available within the promotion or offer- please provide a copy of the menu as an attachment if possible. C) Any terms and conditions relating to the specific promotion on offer.

Please provide high-quality images of any food and drink as well as any logos you would like to be used. If you do not provide images you will be not be able to take part in Hartlepool Restaurant Week.

By signing up for Hartlepool Restaurant Week, I agree to: a) Develop a specific Restaurant Week menu or specials offers within our existing menu at the set price points of either £5, £10, £15 or £20. b) Submit images relevant to the offers given when requested by the Economic Growth Team. c) Promote Hartlepool Restaurant Week to my audiences and inform staff of our participation. d) Report key headline statistics from the event including total number of customers and total customer spend. e) Complete the post-promotion survey to provide feedback on the campaign. Rules 1. In order to be considered applicants must provide all necessary information as specified in the application form. 2. The employee submitting the application must have the appropriate level of authority to represent the business. 3. Participants agree to make their offer/promotion available to customers throughout the event (Monday 20th - Sunday 26th October 2025). Any specific terms and conditions on individual offers should be communicated by applicants in the registration form. 4. Any changes to the offer or its terms and conditions must be communicated to Hartlepool Borough Council ahead of the event. 5. If the participant chooses to withdraw from the event, they must inform Hartlepool Borough Council as soon as possible. 6. Participants will comply with all current legislation, notices, orders, bylaws and shall comply with any restrictions, directions and conditions lawfully imposed by any public authority. 7. The organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event should any unforeseen issues arise. 8. Hartlepool Borough Council reserves the right to reject any business’ request to take part in Hartlepool Restaurant Week. For example, if the has poor hygiene rating. 9. The business must have a food hygiene rating of 3 or above to be able to take part.
