Enjoy and observe the streamside wildlife along Greatham Beck. One of Hartlepool’s best-kept secrets is the lovely wildlife corridor that runs along the western edge of the Fens Estate. Rich in plant life and fringed with deciduous woodland, it provides a rich and varied habitat for many species including kingfisher, great spotted woodpecker and tawny owl.

There is limited on-road parking and visitors are asked to park with respect for local residents.
